- Be sure to send in HIGH QUAILTIY photos of your donor to add to your lot page
- Consider adding a 30-45 second video of the animal
- Use the Lot Description are to highlight the best features of the donor
- Reach out to previous customers about the IVF session you plan on selling in the auction. Word of mouth is key!
- Lastly, share your lot link and information on Social Media to reach a wider audience

What can I sell in the Elite Genetics Auction?
These are IVF sessions that guarantee the buyer 8 #1 or #2 embryos in three IVF sessions.
Who is will decide the sire for the IVF session?
The sire must be mutually agreed upon between the yourself and the buyer.
Who is responsible for the embryos?
Buyer keeps all resulting embryos from these controlled IVF sessions and is responsible for all associated costs.
What happens if the IVF attempts are unsucessful?
If unsuccessful at obtaining 8 embryos, it is considered a “drop dead” and the seller has to refund the buyer, including commission, a prorated amount to the buyer. Example: if 5 embryos were achieved, a prorated refund would be issued for 3 embryos.

Things You Should Know Before Consiging
Auctions are commission based.
Consigners will agree to pay 13% commission to All Things Dairy for the sale of the listing.
IVF Sessions offered
Consignors are offering donors for IVF sessions with a mutually agreed upon sire.
Consignor Payment
Consignors will be mailed a check within 5 days, if the lot is successfully sold.
Racehorse style closing
All lots will close two minutes apart. If the lot receives a bid within two minutes of closing, it will remain open for another two minute bidding window. This allows a fair opportunity for all to bid.
